1) Analyze the pathogenesis of tumors and immune-related diseases at the molecular and cellular levels;

2) Explore the response and resistance mechanism of immunotherapy;

3) Explore the function and the next-generation targeting strategies of tumorigenesis/treatment response-related cells.
